Join our ‘ask the expert’ online forum session with David Rainford, associate lawyer at Taylor Vinters Solicitors on 11 November 2008.

This is the first of our monthly ‘ask the expert’ sessions.  Taking place over the lunchtime period on the second Tuesday of every month, we want to give you the chance to ask our ‘captive expert’ all the questions you have on our topic of the month. 

This month the session will focus on the area of intellectual property.  Our expert will be able to cover questions on the areas of licensing and enforcement of trade marks, patents, copyrights and design rights. 

November’s expert: David Rainford, Taylor Vinters Solicitors  David joined Taylor Vinters in 1998.  He advises technology businesses at all stages of their development on a wide range of commercial and intellectual property matters, both contentious and non-contentious. He acts for a diverse range of leading technology clients including an online bookmaking portal. 

David also holds a PhD in organic chemistry from Imperial College, London and spent three years as a postdoctoral research scientist in Paris and Amsterdam before returning to the UK and retraining in law.

What do you need to do to take part?

• Join us online between 12pm and 2pm on Tuesday 11 November 2008.  Any questions not answered in this slot will be answered later.
